If there’s a classy, flavorsome and more importantly, a good for sharing restaurant in Davao that I would highly recommend to my friends and colleagues, Asian Cow would surely be one on my list. Inspired by the Asian cuisines that he has tried from his Asian trips, Chef Patrick Co, who also owns The Fat Cow and Dairy PH, brought to life the idea of Asian Cow which has just opened last year, June 2018.
A few days back, they have organized a Feedback Party with some invited guests to try and experience Asian Cow up close. And yes, lucky me because I was one of them! This was my first time in Asian Cow and what made me more excited that time were the reviews about them that I have read online. So, off I went there on a Tuesday afternoon.

I’m hungry. But first, let me take a picture.
As you can see, each delectable dishes are meant for 2-3 persons; more reasons to bring your friends and families in every special occasion and celebration.

Good lighting and good food that you surely can’t resist.

A little bit closer, please!
Feedback time!
Asian Cow Fried Chicken (⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐)
I love Chicken! Out of all the food placed in the table , I got so attracted to this; probably the reason why I took this first on my plate too! This was the only dish that I have paved my way just to be present in the kitchen while it was being prepared. Haha! I so love it not just because of the presentation but because of the burst of mouth-watering colors and flavors, the texture, and crispiness that not even my dental braces can stop me from enjoying!

Fresh from the Kitchen.
Look how it ended up in the table. Presentation-wise and taste-wise, it’s a yes for me so I give it 5 stars!
Fresh Spring Rolls (⭐⭐⭐)
I am not a veggie type of person but I did try it because it looked exotic to me. The ingredients including the lettuce, rice noodles and rolls were all fresh. To add more flavor, they have this special sauce with some spices on a small bowl which made me think that it’s somehow spicy but it wasn’t. It has this sweet taste that complements best with the veggies.
Honey Glazed Chicken (⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐)
Now flapping my wings for another Chicken dish again! From the name itself, I know you already have an idea of how it tastes like. I love how the honey is so rich in every bite of it. The honey did not affect its crispiness to tell you nor overpowered the chicken flavor itself. And one more thing , it has a touch of spice! The sweetness and the spiciness of this dish dances on my taste buds. I give it a 5!
Pad Thai (⭐⭐⭐⭐)
Dig it out from the bottom and surprise yourself of how authentic and exotic the taste of this Pad Thai is. Some of the most notable ingredients were shrimp, egg, tofu, pasta, rice noodles, and bean sprouts. My table mates chose this one as their most favorite dish out of all the food that they have tried in the table. Actually, all of them except for me! (Cause I love chicken more!) You better try this one too to know why.
Hebi Rice (⭐⭐⭐⭐)
And as natural-born Filipinos, viands can’t go anywhere without rice! It’s fried rice with shrimps. Look how heavenly it looks like in that big bowl!
Behind the scenes (BTS)

Inspecting each ingredient from the Fresh Spring Rolls’ sauce. So, have you identified any?

Arranging everything on the table for photo op.

So, who’s excited aside from me?

Oh, it’s Chef Patrick Co taking a quick snap of us! He’s the man behind all these great food.
And of course, here’s their menu for your reference.
